In preparation for the Holy Month of Ramadan, Al Barakah’s QHSES teams will intensify food safety inspections across commercial shops and restaurants to ensure the availability of safe and high-quality food for the community. The initiative includes regular inspections focused on identifying food safety violations, promoting best practices, and educating food handlers on hygiene, storage, and safe food preparation, supporting the highest standards of food safety throughout Ramadan.
