ABH joined more than 100 global and regional L&D leaders at the ATD Middle East Conference (ATDME), themed “Discover, Learn, Evolve.” Supported by Experience Abu Dhabi as part of the emirate’s 2030 Economic Vision, the event spotlighted the role of continuous learning, curiosity, and ethical AI in creating agile workforces.
Highlights included trend forecasts by ATD’s Dr Wei Wang, an AI-driven skills-gap session from Coca-Cola, and a responsible-AI leadership talk by Google. ABH delegates engaged in bootcamps that challenged participants to re-imagine high-impact learning cultures—insights that will inform ABH’s own talent-development roadmap.
Attendance underscored ABH’s pledge to build a future-ready, high-performing workforce—a pillar of Abu Dhabi’s strategy for sustainable, diversified growth.
